The festival got huge attention as Sreesanth who suffers a life- long ban from BCCI, decided to take part in the game. Since Baharain cricket festival doesn’t require the permission from ICC, BCCI cant stop Sreesant from playing in the contest. Earlier BCCI rejected the NOC request of Sreesant to play in Scotland league.
