Bollywood seems to like the toast of sports biopics. The lives of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Mary Com, Muhammed Azarudheen, Milka Singh etc. have been screened so far. But a more exciting film is yet to arrive. The filmy version of the master blasters life-“Sachin: A Billion Dreams” hits the screens tomorrow.
After the special preview show with legend Sachin Tendulkar, first round comments comes from the members of Indian cricket team itself. K L Rahul, Sikhar Dhawan and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar responded after watching the life of their dearest ‘paaji’ on screen.
K L Rahul said that he had goosebumps while watching the movie. Sachin being his inspiration; Rahul shared that the film also will inspire the masses. The film is ‘fantastic’ in Sikhar Dhawan’s opinion.
Bhuvaneshwar Kumar said that the movie helped him revive certain inexplicable moments.
Ajinkya Rahane thanked Sachin for being the inspiration and role model of every Indian.
Team India found time to watch “Sachin: A Billion Dreams” before leaving to England for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy . India will contest against Pakistan in their first match in ICC Champions Trophy on June 4th; before which they have to play friendly match with New Zealand.
